Learnings

Lessons extracted from experience — what worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently.

Experience only teaches you if you stop to examine it. Most lessons from a hard project or a failed decision don’t surface on their own — they require a deliberate effort to look back, name what happened, and write it down before the next urgent thing arrives.

This tag collects posts where I did that work. Some are lessons from engineering, some from managing teams, some from everyday life. They’re not polished frameworks or advice columns — they’re notes from the field, written while the experience was still fresh enough to be honest about.

The value of writing down your learnings isn’t just for the reader. It’s for your future self. When a similar situation arises six months later, the note you left is often worth more than the lesson itself.
